I just wanted to post the progress made on the bathroom yesterday really quick. I was beyond excited when I saw that the concrete floor had been poured, because that's means very soon there will be tile on it... and then on top of it a beautful, long-awaited tub.
...and that tile was already going up on the shower walls. Holy stinkin' cow I think I need a diaper, cause I'm so excited I might lose all bladder control.
I've never been so happy to have to get up at 7:30a.m. on a quiet, summer morning only to listen to the soothing sounds of a tile saw for the next 9 hours. It's music to my ears!
In other less exciting news, my cute, little mom took a nasty tumble yesterday and is in the hospital with a subdural hematoma {bleeding on the brain}, so I am off to southern Utah to spend time with her and my family. I'll be back to post in a few days, hopefully.
Hope your mom is recovering quickly and well. It's coming along beautifully Erika! I love the wood looking tile and the stone, and well all of it!
