Got Platters?

I'm not really a silver collector. I have no idea what's valuable and what's junk, but when I was at the thrift store a while back I found these.

I didn't really need them or have any use for them, but I liked them so I grabbed them. {They were $2}. They've just been sitting around the house collecting dust...until now.

That's my mom and dad. Aren't they the cutest? I just love the fifties.

It's hard to see it in the picture, but this platter has a really neat bluish petina. That's me. Just in case you wondering who that super darling, adorable, chubby baby was. :)

Here's another old photo of my cute mom and dad. Don't you love the ears? I inherited those.

Old silver platters turned picture frames. Me likey.
